Use this article when quiz profiles are not appearing in Klaviyo, subscribers are missing from a list, or profile sync behavior does not match the consent setup. Start with bluebarry's Klaviyo settings before troubleshooting inside Klaviyo.
Review Klaviyo Settings

- Go to Integrations.
- Open Marketing & analytics.
- Confirm Klaviyo shows a connected account.
- Open Klaviyo settings for that account.
- Review Profile creation.
- Select Always only when every email address should create a Klaviyo profile.
- Select Only if consented when profiles should sync only after opt-in consent.
- Select Never only when you intentionally want to stop profile creation.
- Review Auto-subscribe to list and choose the intended list.
After saving, run a new test quiz submission with a safe email address that matches the selected consent behavior.
