Review profile sync status to see whether profile data with email or phone identifiers reached connected tools such as Klaviyo or Omnisend.
Check Sync Status

- Go to Profiles.
- Filter the profile list if needed.
- Hover a status icon in the Synced column.
- Review the Klaviyo and Omnisend statuses in the tooltip.
- Open a profile with a sync issue.
- Check consent and integration settings.
The tooltip only shows connected CDPs. If no CDP is connected, the Synced column does not show sync details.
