If a quiz result shows no products, start in Match products. The warning badge and product count help you find whether an answer filter, global filter, or missing product data reduced the result set to zero.
Fix the Empty Result

- Go to Dashboard.
- Open the affected quiz.
- Click Match products.
- Look for the warning badge next to Match products.
- Select the answer that produced no recommendations.
- Review the rule and product count in the answer workspace.
- Open Global Filters if every answer is returning zero products.
- Remove or loosen the strictest rule.
- Confirm the product count increases.
- Click Test flow and replay the same path.
