Use this article when a user can sign in but billing, invoices, team settings, or paid features do not appear as expected. Check the account first, then confirm the subscription state in Settings.
Review Billing Settings

- Confirm the user can sign in to the expected account.
- Confirm the user is in the correct organization.
- Go to Settings.
- Open Billing.
- Check Billing management for subscription status and portal controls.
- Click Open billing portal when a payment method, plan, or invoice needs to be managed externally.
- Review Billing history for recent invoices.
- If billing settings do not appear as expected, confirm the selected organization and review Team members.
After updating billing or team membership, refresh bluebarry and retry the action.
