Manage Shopify billing

When you sign up for bluebarry through the Shopify app, you pay through your regular Shopify invoice. This article explains the plans, the free trial and how to switch plans.

Plans

All plans in the Shopify app are billed monthly, plus usage when you go over the included engaged sessions. Usage charges are capped per billing cycle, so a busy month never runs away from you.

Your first subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. Switching from an active plan to another one doesn't start a new trial. For what counts as an engaged session, see Understand quiz and session limits.

Choose your first plan

1. Install the app and click I'm new to Bluebarry.
2. On Pick a plan to try, click Select plan on the plan you want.
3. Approve the subscription on Shopify's confirmation page. You return to the app to create your bluebarry account.

Switch plans

1. In Shopify, open Apps → Bluebarry Product Quiz.
2. At the bottom, next to Want to switch to a different plan?, click View plans. Your current plan is marked Current.
3. Click Select plan on the new plan. It replaces your current plan.
4. Approve the change in Shopify. Back in the app, a message confirms that your plan was upgraded, downgraded or updated.

If you connected an existing bluebarry account

Stores that clicked I already have an account keep paying bluebarry directly, not through Shopify. Their app home shows Don't have a Bluebarry account yet? with a Select a plan link instead of View plans. Only use that link if you want to move to Shopify billing. Good to know

• Shopify doesn't offer yearly billing together with usage charges, so plans in the app are monthly only.
• Removing the app from Shopify ends the Shopify subscription.
• Prices here are current at the time of writing. The Pick a plan to try page in the app always shows the latest.
