Use Skip Logic

Use skip logic when an answer should send shoppers past questions that no longer apply to them.

Configure Skip Questions

Go to Dashboard.
Open the quiz funnel you want to edit.
Click Match products.
Keep Questions & Answers selected.
Expand the question that contains the answer.
Select the answer that should skip a follow-up question.
Open the answer settings popover.
In Skip Questions, choose the follow-up questions to skip.
Click Test flow and select that answer to confirm the skipped question is not shown.

After testing the path, review the remaining questions and matching rules to make sure the skipped answer still returns useful recommendations.

Area	What to review
Question order	Only skip questions that come after the selected answer.
Required answers	Do not skip information that is required for matching unless another answer already covers it.
Testing	Use Test flow to confirm the question is skipped for the right answer path.
