Use skip logic when an answer should send shoppers past questions that no longer apply to them.
Configure Skip Questions
- Go to Dashboard.
- Open the quiz funnel you want to edit.
- Click Match products.
- Keep Questions & Answers selected.
- Expand the question that contains the answer.
- Select the answer that should skip a follow-up question.
- Open the answer settings popover.
- In Skip Questions, choose the follow-up questions to skip.
- Click Test flow and select that answer to confirm the skipped question is not shown.
After testing the path, review the remaining questions and matching rules to make sure the skipped answer still returns useful recommendations.
Skip Logic Checklist
