Add bluebarry as a connector in Claude and build your store's quizzes, search, popups and pages from a chat. Claude works with your live catalog and data, shows you previews, and asks before anything goes live.

Before you start
- A bluebarry account. No account yet? You can create one while you connect.
- A Claude plan that supports connectors.

Connect bluebarry in Claude
- Open Claude and click your account menu at the bottom left.
- Click Settings and open Connectors.
- Click Add custom connector.
- Enter bluebarry as the name and
https://mcp.bluebarry.ai/mcpas the server URL. - Click Add, then Connect next to bluebarry.
- A bluebarry page opens. Sign in, or create a free account, and approve the connection.
- Start a new chat and tell Claude what you want to build.
What Claude can do
You choose how far Claude can go, in Studio under Settings, AI assistants:
- Read only: Claude looks at your setup, catalog and performance, and previews your pages, but changes nothing.
- Create and edit (the default): Claude also creates quizzes, popups and pages as drafts and edits your store. Every change shows up in your Barry history in Studio, and most can be undone there or by asking Claude.
- Create, edit and publish: Claude can also publish a quiz, popup, collection page or search results page and switch things live. It shows you what changes for shoppers and asks you to confirm every time.
What stays in Studio
Some things are never done from a chat: deleting a whole quiz, popup or page, sending or scheduling email campaigns, changing loyalty points, and billing, team, API key and integration settings. Shopper email addresses are never shared with Claude.
Stay in control
- You sign in on bluebarry's own page. Your password never goes to Claude.
- Review what Claude changed in Barry's history in Studio, in a conversation called "Changes from Claude".
- Add standing instructions, such as your tone of voice, under Settings, AI assistants. Claude and Barry both follow them.
- Disconnect Claude there whenever you want to stop access.
Example prompts
- Look at my store and suggest the first thing to set up.
- Create a quiz that helps people pick the right running shoe, then preview it on mobile.
- Which search terms got no results this week? Add synonyms for the ones that should match.
- Find the questions with the highest drop-off over the last 30 days and shorten them.
