Add bluebarry as a custom connector in ChatGPT when you want to ask questions about your quiz funnel data in plain language. ChatGPT can help you understand quiz performance, landing page results, product metadata, profiles, and conversions without exporting spreadsheets.
bluebarry exposes a remote MCP (Model Context Protocol) server. ChatGPT connects to it through its Developer mode custom connectors, the same protocol used by the Claude connector.
What you can ask ChatGPT
The connector is useful for questions like:
- Which quiz funnels have the highest completion rate?
- Which questions cause the biggest drop-off?
- Which answers are most common before a conversion?
- Which landing pages drive the most quiz engagement?
- Which quiz profiles are correlated with revenue?
Before you start
- You need a bluebarry login for the account you want ChatGPT to analyze.
- You need a paid ChatGPT plan (Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise, or Edu). Custom connectors are not available on the Free plan.
- On Business, Enterprise, and Edu workspaces, an admin must enable Developer mode / apps before members can add a custom connector.
- You need this remote MCP server URL:
https://data.bluebarry.ai/mcp.
Enable Developer mode in ChatGPT
Custom MCP connectors live behind ChatGPT's Developer mode, so turn that on first.
- Open ChatGPT and click your profile picture.
- Click Settings.
- Open Apps & Connectors (labeled Connectors in some versions).
- Open Advanced settings.
- Turn on Developer mode and accept the warning about third-party connectors.
Connect bluebarry in ChatGPT
- Back in Apps & Connectors, click Create (also shown as Add custom connector).
- Enter
bluebarryas the connector name. - Add a short description, such as
Read-only access to bluebarry quiz funnel data. - Enter
https://data.bluebarry.ai/mcpas the MCP server URL. - Check the box to confirm you trust this connector, then click Create.
- ChatGPT will open a bluebarry sign-in screen. Sign in with your bluebarry account and approve the connection.
- Once connected, ChatGPT lists the bluebarry tools it can use.
- Start a new chat, open the + (tools) menu in the message box, and enable the bluebarry connector.
- Ask a question about your quiz funnel performance.
What ChatGPT can read
ChatGPT gets a read-only connection to the bluebarry account you approve. It can help analyze your data, but it cannot make changes in bluebarry.
- Your password stays with bluebarry: you sign in on bluebarry's sign-in page, not inside ChatGPT.
- You choose the account: ChatGPT reads data from the bluebarry account you approve.
- No editing: ChatGPT cannot create, edit, delete, or publish anything in bluebarry.
- You can disconnect it: remove the connector in ChatGPT when you no longer want ChatGPT to use your bluebarry data.
Available data
ChatGPT can read the following bluebarry data:
- Quiz funnel lists and quiz funnel structure
- Landing page lists, metadata, and funnel analytics
- Product property metadata used for matching and recommendations
- Question performance, answer distribution, completion, engagement, and revenue metrics
- Profiles, consent state, product recommendations, and conversion patterns
- Aggregated quiz, landing page, and conversion events
