Importing Your Product Feed
Once you have your feed ready (with minimum fields and any enriched attributes), it’s time to upload it to bluebarry.
Your options:
Option 1) Manual import
It’s possible to manually import your product feed into bluebarry by using a .CSV file. Make sure to follow these steps:
- Export your feed as a .CSV file from your CMS, a feed management system like Channable, or a manually-built product feed in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Go to the bluebarry platform and follow the on-screen instructions to upload your file.
- Check the Mapping
- Make sure Product Name is mapped to “Product Name.”
- Make sure Product Page URL is mapped to “URL.”
- Make sure Image URL is mapped to “Image URL.”
- Make sure Price is mapped as a numeric value (not text).
- Double-check any extra attributes (like Volume, Brand, etc.) are also mapped correctly to a numeric or text value.

Option 2) Use live feed
If you want your product data to stay up to date automatically (for instance, if prices or new products change often), use the live feed option.
Make sure you apply the following steps:
- Click ‘add product feed”
- Select ‘use live feed’
- Add product feed name
- Add live feed link url
- Select a unique identifier
- click on ‘save’
- Sync the feed so that feed will be imported in bluebarry.

New column are added to the live feed?
Whenever you add new columns (properties) to your live feed, you need to make sure you map these new attributes in bluebarry, before they become available in your advisors.
Integration > products > edit feed > add mapping of new property

Column mapping verification
Our system will attempt to automatically match (or “map”) the columns in your feed with the fields we use.
You just need to confirm that each field is correctly recognized. Or in case that the fields are not yet mapped, you need to map them manually.
Check Required Fields
- Product Name → Product Name
- URL → URL
- Image URL → Image URL
- Price → Numeric
Check Additional Attributes
- If you have a “Volume” column, it should be mapped to a text or numeric field (depending on your data format).
- “Discount Price” should be recognized as numeric if you include it.
If anything looks off, you can manually adjust the mapping before saving.
